The yearly growth (trend) of the HDI 🔗 of European countries. (A Dutch version of this page is available here)
For the period 1990 until 2017. The selected countries participate in the EU and/or Schengen and/or the Euro. Select the year that you want to see and filter on the range of HDI values. The legend automatically adapts itself to the selected year and the filtered HDI values. By selecting a year, the range of growth values automatically adapts to the selected year. The colors are relative for one year, to emphasize the differences in one year. Red means growth, blue means decline (negative growth). The growth values are absolute. An HDI value is a value between 0 and 1 (higher is better).
